We are not perfect, nor do we pretend to be - we are just focused on becoming the best version of ourselves.

As a small business, we see value in taking time to pause, look back and appreciate just how far we’ve come. Finding this time to reflect is essential if we want to look forward to the future.

There is always an opportunity for us to strive for improvement. It is not only important to us to have a positive impact on the lives of the women who wear our garments, but also that we work to minimise the impacts our practices have on people and the environment.

Invest In Women
Our goal as we grow and evolve as a brand is to invest in women-led initiatives centered around female empowerment, leadership, creativity and purpose.

Use Recycled Materials
While we have consciously chosen packing bags and tissue paper that is biodegradable to ship our garments, we also want our thank you cards, garment swing tags, and packing stickers to be 100% recyclable paper and printed with soy-based ink.

More Repurposed Fabrics
Currently 70% of our collections are made using repurposed (i.e. deadstock) fabrics that are left over from other fashion companies who overestimated their needs. We free these fabrics from being sent to landfill and transform them into beautiful new garments for our women. Our goal is to increase this to 80% by 2021. In doing so, we need to ensure the fabrics meet our high-quality standards, are either natural or regenerated cellulose fabrics, and feel good when wearing them. We still find it challenging to source ethically for trims, though are consciously striving to do better.
