Orders of $350 or over shipping within Australia are eligible for free shipping. A $15 flat fee applies for orders under $349.

All orders are shipped internationally from Sydney, Australia via UPS to:
- New Zealand
- USA & Canada
- United Kingdom
- Europe: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Germany, France, Sweden, Switzerland and Netherlands
- Asia: Hong Kong, China, Philippines, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and Japan

For all other countries (as listed above) NATALIJA offers free international shipping for orders $450 and over. Orders under $450 will be charged a flat shipping fee of $40.

Please note your order may be required to pay customs and import duties upon arrival of the goods into your country. NATALIJA is not responsible for any duties or taxes the customs office may charge you, and payment is necessary to release your order from customs.

Please check your local customs office for more information as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. You can also use online tool for an estimated price on duties and customs.

Made to order pieces are specially cut and sewn in Australia when you place your order online.
Once you've purchased your piece online, allow up to 4 weeks for the make and delivery. 

Pieces ready to ship (that is, everything not marked 'made to order' will be sent within 48 hours of placing an order. Shipping times may vary when there is a Special Sale.

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, and are not shipped and/or delivered on weekends or holidays. NATALIJA is not responsible for any delays in delivery or misplaced packages; once sent they are out of our control.  

You will receive an email once your order is ready to ship.

To ensure your parcel arrives safely to you, we recommend that someone is present to sign for the delivery.

If you'd prefer not to sign for it, then please advise and provide 'authority to leave' as a note in your order upon checkout. Please note if you would like this option NATALIJA is not responsible for misplaced or damaged packages.

Yes. We have made a note on each product page under 'Shipping & Returns' which garments are 'made-to-order' and which are 'ready to ship'.
For example, all Sale Items are ready to ship. 

Once you place your order, we will ship your garment within 48 hours. 

Approximate delivery times for Australia is 1-3 days from date of shipment; New Zealand 5-7 days, and all other countries allow up to 14 days for delivery.
