SHIPPING

The NATALIJA eBoutique ships to most locations in the world, and shipping is complimentary for all orders over $400.


Domestic

  • We ship all domestic orders with Australia Post ‘Express Post Parcel’ which offers a delivery time estimate of 1-3 business day service. To see anticipated delivery service for your location, please click here.
  • All orders are typically shipped within 48 hours, or the following business day if purchased on the weekend or a public holiday.
  • Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $15 and all orders over $400 receive complimentary shipping.
  • All deliveries require a daytime delivery address and contact details. If you are not available, Australia Post will leave your parcel at the closest Australia Post Office. Unfortunately we do not offer an “Authority To Leave” option.
  • Please be advised that there may be a delay of 1-2 business days during extremely busy periods, such as sale.

International

  • We ship all international orders with Australia Post ‘Standard Parcel Service’ which offers a delivery time estimate of 5-6 business day service. To see anticipated delivery service for your location, please click here.
  • All orders are typically shipped within 48 hours, or the following business day if purchased on the weekend or a public holiday.
  • Shipping to New Zealand is charged at a flat rate of $20 and all orders over $400 receive complimentary shipping.
  • Shipping to all other locations is charged at a flat rate of $30 and all orders over $400 receive complimentary shipping.
  • All deliveries must be signed for upon delivery and we do not offer an "Authority To Leave" option.
  • Duties charged are determined by the destination country. Because we have no control over these charges we are unable to advise what duties may apply. If you would like to query any duties charged, please contact the customs service in your country.
  • Please be advised that there may be a delay of 1 - 2 business days during extremely busy periods, such as sale.

  • Delivery times are an estimate only and you agree we will not be liable for any delay in delivery.
  • Delivery fees will be charged on all orders, which may be updated at our discretion from time to time. A standard or express fee per delivery and possible re-delivery fee will apply.

RETURNS

  • We accept refunds/ exchanges on all full-priced and sale purchases when the garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order. Any garments received after this period will not be accepted.
  • Garments must be returned in a saleable condition i.e. clean, tags attached, in original packaging.
  • Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washes will not be accepted.

  • Return process
    Please follow the below steps to return/ exchange a purchase:

  • We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and note we do not accept liability for lost returns. Return shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Returns will be assessed and, if accepted, refunds will be reversed onto the original form of payment i.e. PayPal account or credit card used.  Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.  The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges. 

Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability and can be made for items of the same value of your original purchase. 

Sale Items
The NATALIJA eBoutique does accept returns (refund or exchange) on any sale items, given they adhere to the terms set out in our Returns Policy.

Cancellations
If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Please note that orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

Faulty Items
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care team at customercare@natalijathelabel.com.au to notify us of any issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible. 

Colours
NATALIJA has made every effort to correctly display the colours of our products on our eBoutique. However, due to the fact that we use flash photography, as well as the inevitable variances between computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that your device will display a colour which is completely accurate.

Personalised Items
We do not accept returns for items that have been monogrammed with bespoke embroidery service.

Eye Masks
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for eye masks.


PRICING

  • All pricing is made in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
  • Alternative currencies can be viewed by changing the region in the top corner.  We also offer currency views in USD, GBP and EUR.
  • All payments are billed in AUD.  Currency conversions are set by your bank and any further charges in relation to this will be made by your bank.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

  • We offer the following payment options: AfterPay (Australia only), PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, AMEX.

Important AfterPay information:
AfterPay allows you to complete your purchase now and make equal fortnightly payments.
AfterPay customers must; be over 18 years of age, have an Australian residential address and have a debit or credit card.
When completing a purchase using AfterPay for the first time you will be charged for your first instalment immediately. If you are an existing AfterPay customer your first instalment will be charged to you 14 days after the date of purchase. Once your purchase is complete a payment schedule will be provided to you.
