Dear Self: Natalija Bouropoulos

Join us in celebrating the kind in womankind.

We want to inspire positive relationships with our curves, creases, lines, life experiences and changing bodies. Pay homage to the complexities, differences and multifaceted selves that lie within womankind.

Introducing our ‘Dear Self’ series, an exploration of self awareness, self care and self love where NATALIJA women share honest letters, releasing words and feelings out into the world with pride. To own their true, whole selves. Embracing imperfections and vulnerability to inspire others to embrace theirs.

Read Natalija's letter below, about being unapologetically you.

Dear Self,

Be free. Be unapologetically you.
Do things that make you happy and that are good for your soul.
Surround yourself with people who bring out your best qualities and distance yourself from people who do not.  Be true. True to yourself and true to your values. Stand up for yourself. Don’t let people take advantage of your kindness and soft heart. Silence the noise of negative self talk and self doubt. Believe in yourself and trust in your journey. Thank yourself for how far you’ve come. It hasn’t been easy. Celebrate your every success and learn from failure. Know you are exactly where you need to be. Be kind to yourself. Embrace your imperfections. They are what make you, you.  And most importantly, never let anything stand in the way of the woman you are becoming.
